gamey dogs usually start out trashy as heck...but they are usually the best dogs once they figure out what game to chase...I have had some super gamey pups in the past and it was hard breaking them off of deer till I figured out how to break them...deer scent and a deer shoulder mount with a white paper towel tacked on to the mount...the scent goes on the paper towel...and every time the mount touches the pup the pup gets lit up...3 times in succession works great and repeat 2 more times in a 2 week period and pups are broke off deer before they start hunting...sometimes a repeat session is needed about three months later but usually not...
