I tried legs a long time ago and they tasted like i was eating chicken rolled in a mud batter n fried. Do they normaly hav a muddy flavor?

Man my pops cooks some mean frog legs. No muddy taste but they are spicy as can be. A good spice tho

I guess if the taste buds are burned off by spice, nothing would have any taste. I like to taste my food, not beg for ice cream while dropping off the Obama administration.  Grin

Ain't many frog big enough for eating in my area justin, or I would try to cook them myself. R they like craw fish where the meat needs to be purged? Iv eaten craw fish that tasted like mud and the same with catfish if that gray belly lining ain't removed on the filets strips.

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
