     a real frogologist will skin the whole frog and not throw out all the meat on the back and front legs  !  lol

Thats right! On the bigguns we do the same, on the smaller frogs we just save the back legs.

Charles, we dont purge ours like we purge crawfish. We simy rinse em real good in cold water once they are cleaned, batter em up and fry em in HOT grease, 350 degreez or so until golden brown, if u ever make it this way we will have to fit froggin in to the agenda, catchin em is almost as fun as eatin em!
