Lol that's not how it works. At any given time in the lower 48 states u can see about 11 waas satellites overhead. Waas sat's are used by the FAA. Ok at any given time u can see about 11 GLONASS sat's overhead. GLONASS is owned by the Russian government. The dc50 is unlocked to track both waas and GLONASS. The dc30 and 40 will only track waas. This is why the dc50 should not loose GPS as often. It is tracking up to 22 SAts. Most actually track about 16. By doing the update on ur 320 u are also unlocking it for GLONASS the way I understand. Normal operating mode should give u both sources where picking one or the other will mean u end up tracking 8 or 9 normally.
