no problems at all...but then I live on the SE coast in Texas...does not get very cold down here...but bringing the line down low enough for the dogs to reach will then have the insulation low enough to tear up as well...
the dogs do tear up the insulation when they are out and running loose...I use insulation when a real cold norther is coming down...but I could sheetmetal it if I was that concerned with it...I like the buried line for insulation purpses...only need 20 or so inches of insulation...I will try and post a pic when I get home...
