I just had to throw this out there but some years back I hunted with some folks that didn't understand the game but had sure enough spots and my dogs would strike 95% of the time no joke I thought my dogs were the number 2s nobody had better but when I got tired and went and found my own spots i realized my 24 karat gold dogs were a piece cause it took us. At least a month to catch anything bigger then a toilet paper roll sized hog but after a month or a lil more of Russian rulet with my mutts wouldn't u know they figured it out none were bred right just strays or dogs from ur typical guys that bred for looks and color u know how it is but the hogs were different if the dogs bred right they learn fast if they're not and u hunt them 3-5 days a week I think most will figure it out if you and ur dogs  adapt to the situation then ur doing ok whether it takes a week or a month the hogs we had 2 years ago were not the hogs we had this year but the poodles adapted
