I had a laskys set up. Bought it at the px in korea. Used it a cpl times and had no luck with it. I did better on a flat rock i found along the base fence line. Iv nvr had any luck with them diamond stones either, but the knife i was trying to sharpen was all jacked up. The guy used it as a screwdriver and prybar and 1 of my knives wasnt in the best but dang sure not as bad as iv worked on for others and just couldnt get that diamond to edge it right. That aquired stone from the army has honed out a many a knife, heck 1 was a s&w thumb assist tanto blade that looked like he tried hacking through a steel plate with it. 6hrs on that army stone with the corse side and 2hrs on the fine side and it would float arm hair. After folks saw what i did to his, i had 6 more knoves on my desk the nxt night when i came to work. I charged $50 a knife while i was in afghanistan and had several repeat customers

Why should I trade one tyrant three thousand miles away for three thousand tyrants one mile away? An elected legislature can trample a man's rights as easily as a king can!
