If it were me and I had more or better dogs then I would cull him and keep going on. I had a dog like that once spent more time trying to catch him than I did hunting. I go to enjoy myself on a hunt and my dogs better have a handle on them. A dog pack is like a football team and you have to keep them disciplined as such, how many successful coaches you see letting their players do as they please.
