Are you saying he's working the track backwards? If so i would give him time and see of he ever gets it figured out. I had a dog that would work it backwards and when it got to cold of a track for him he'd just quit it. Then it finally clicked that when he was going the wrong way and he got it all worked out.  So if thats what your asking then i'd say yes theres a good chance he'll get it figured out .
