Most of the better hunting dogs start out trashing...sounds like a good one to me...some of the better ones are stand offish and don't require a heavy hand...thats about described your pup... lol... Smiley

Like already said...turn him in to a bay or strike or in to heavy and fresh hog sign...shock him off deer but only if you are 100 percent sure...sounds like he is on his way to making a good hogdog...
