This same ssubject has been posted here alot..couple of things.  Are you shocking him during the fight or before it starts? The dog will alot of times associate the shock with the other dog if it has gotten to the point of a stand off or fight.  After it has got that far nothing but the boot will help in my opinion and experience.  Also is it only males or is he just dog aggressive in general ? May have to hunt him alone or with the ladies only if you can't get him straight. Good luck to ya !
