U might consider castration/neutering. This is more effective on young males.

Hunt him by himself or with females only. If u have all males, maybe u can place him with someone who will hunt him alone or with females. Shoot them straight about his flaws.

Try to identify his trigger points and avoid putting him around other dogs in those situations. In the dog box? Around feed, etc.

Put the shock collar on him at home. Every time he postures up to another dog, buzz him. Do this regularly and consistently. This method is more effective if u have a confident dog that will turn away from him when he postures up on them.

I understand your frustration. I can't stand a dog that is just flat mean. Dogs like that have ruined many hunts and friendships. Sounds like u know what to do if he is not fixable. Good luck.
