keep her off her feet best you can and keep her laying on that side if possible, it will allow any drainage to come between the bag and her skin. if you can get a drain tube with a check valve in the hole and get it sealed off, that will allow the fluids to drain out but prevent air from getting in and collapsing her lung/s. if i knew where my medic bag was and could guide my wife to the check valve and tube, id have her send it to you, but if you can get a breather valve and tube for a tck axle, that will work as well.
