ok seriously, dogs do that when theyve eaten compost, its from the fungus that grows on old food. You could give it some activated charcoal if you think it ate something bad. My friend had a puppy that had parvo and an old indian man told him to give it tobacco, he took some chewing tobacco and made a small wad and made the pup swallow it and that puppy got better, he said it was remarkable.
