Hey, the other thing that just crossed my mind, if u can prove he shot your dog inthe creek, i cant believe the animal resource officer in the sheriff's dept wont get him for animal cruelty. In alabama, thats a class 3 felony and u lose right to keep guns etc. Heck i to that avenue , although i feel purdy sure you are on top of that asoect too.
