For the ones that have hog dogs

They way the auther of this thread went about it made me not want to comment on it because i didn't really have anything good to say towards his remarks and how arrogant this thread was presented. It's people like this that have caused many good dogmen on here to quite posting anything useful and also to just forget about this forum all together. Threads and attitudes like how this thread was posed has the complete opposite effect. It doesn't bring many of the laid back dog men out, rather it pushes them away. Who wants to share stories with someone so high on themselves and conceded. Forums such as this is a great way for good dog men to help others in a non biased way. But they can't do it publicly on here do to crap like this and the know it all's who seek others attention and want to be known on here as good dog men and good hog hunters because they think they are and want others to see them the way they veiw themselves. When in fact their analyzations of what's happening is mediocre at best and they are very biased to their style.
   If you will look at some of the people on here that post a lot such as Judge and Cracker (just examples because they have gotten flack lately about how much they comment on here) they don't promote their way to people. Yeah they are proud of their dogs and like to share stories but they are active on here not because they are seeking a spotlight and attention but rather because they like helping others in un biased ways. They respect all styles of hog dogging like to talk about hog dogging no matter what kinda dogs you run. Pretty soon like cracker said they will get their fill of the ignorant arrogant biased know it all people on here and go away. No matter to them and the people that know them from here and communicate with them off the sight. Nothing will be lost between those people but it's the new people that lurk and read anything good they can that will suffer do to the biased know it all's that want the megaphone and for the new guys starting out to look up to them as some of the greats that have already come and gone on here.
  Many things make up a good hog dogger. Good dogs are not the only thing. Some people don't need good dogs and an area thick with pigs to look good. To many people that are struggling are focused on getting good dogs when in fact they could turn their kennel and hunting grounds over to a special well rounded kinda guy and the same spots with the same dogs look easy and fruitful.
   I hope the guys and gals of tomorrow that are starting out now and see this forum as of great interest and insight, see the guys such as this thread starter and s$!t starter for the glory hound wanna be spotlight craving biased fool that he is and others like him are and realize it it because of people like them that keep good people silent and off this forum. Thankfully we still have many people on here that are worth looking up to but I see so many of them going silent.
   The archives is a great place to get info on and learn about the great people that have participated on this forum in years past. Many of them are extremely active hog doggers, just not active on this forum anymore do to geniuses like this thread starter, but their personal contact info is still same. I know because it's how i am now friends with several of the greats that are no longer active here. Just a little FYI for the guys that aren't worthy to comment on this thread for only the true great hog dog men of this forum.
