Thank you for everyone's comments, and suggestions. You all say that the majority of hog hunters will do everything they can when they find a dog with identification, or without. Well don't think that it's the majority will do their best to, but around here where I live, it's not at all that way. These kids don't respect anyone. Not their parents, law enforcement, or even among each other. I have found out even more about these dog thieves. Most of the misfits live in Iola and around Franklin. Some of these boys are from good stock, but seems they fall into the wrong crowd. Doing any kind of drug they can get by stealing and cheating folks. I am not saying by any means I didn't raise a little Hell and certainly wasn't an Angel, but I have never stolen anything, or said I was perfect.
Haven't heard a thing still from anyone in law enforcement here. If anyone has heard of anyone around Madison, Leon, robertson, or brazous counties that call any catahula dogs named: Freedom, Smoke, Bolt, Calli, Can't Get Right, or Tip....
Write their license plate down and names if you get them and call me at 936-348-4215
