Got a free dog that was said to be a cull in the yard right now. Reason for culling was at 16 months had never seen a pig. Put her in the pen and she jumped the fence. Well I put her with another dog and let her settle in a few weeks. Took her to a pen and she climbed out. Put the other dog in and she wanted in. Put both in the pen and it was on. Today she produces pork. Hunts good and has the bottom to stay with one. Will also put the brakes on one. She has turned into a fine dog in my opinion. Sometimes ur gut tells u what is true even tho u can't see it on day one. In the end it's your dog and your feed bill. Give the dog as long as u are willing to and see what happens. Worst case she cost you a few dollars in feed and whatever it cost to get her healthy. Probly still cheaper than some of the junk being sold for good money.
