Not knocking either of the last 2 posters, but the not surest don't knows and I thinks could and more than likely will land you a pretty hefty fine. Go to the tpwd site and read the rules, regs and cost for yourself and if you have any further questions, call a warden station in the area you plan on hunting and ask your questions directly to those who will be enforcing the laws and get them to answer your questions and if you think you need to, get their name and badge number. 99.9% of the wardens out there are normal down to earth folks. If a guy on here hadn't told me to check into an unwritten rules before hunting a place, I could have gotten another wildlife violation ticket. I called, got my answers and voices my opinion and opposition about the law and he said he understood my opposition and didnt understand why the law changed but pointed me in the direction to find out why and how to get the ruling/law reversed.
