I run vest on some and not on others just depends what dogs I am running. But some always get one some never get one. The key ain't the vest it's the dog some can't perform with a vest some can. I have had a vested dog run a hog 4 hr plus and not be a concern but I know what I am doing. It not just a vest thrown on a dog. Most dogs I seen get killed where looser dogs with no vest and bulldogs with no vest
