I'm thinking I wanna try and get about 1/4 pit and 3/4 bird dog. Not necessarily half and half. So far I've been told to use English pointers and gsp idk which one to go with
Just a question, but why would you only want a 1/4 bulldog? What is that going to do for you? Why not just go with a full GSP or EP? To me a 1/4 bulldog would just be a recipe to get the dog killed or if not just be a bay buster. But I am a green horn so its an honest question as I am just trying to learn.
I want 1/2 because I want them to catch too, but if I didn't want them to catch I would just go with a pure one as I have seen a couple of pure GSP's that burn it up, I mean they get out and go! I dream about getting one like the female I had seen.
