Normally the manufacturer will redo them, not sure what type of collars you have, just speaking from experience get somebody who really knows what's going on, had a local shop redo about a dozen for me, within a year one or two had already quit and the housing busted on two of them, one being a wildlife and the other a Johnson, two very tough made collars but the way he cut them open and then resealed them was horrible, easy 400$ dollars down the drain, out of 12 or so collars I think I have 4 that are still working.
