Cut Gear ?'s for a newbie

Might want to see how they hunt and bay before you gear em up unless you know the stock they come from. Getting warm for best be carefull and learn where your hunting a new dog with a best can drown pretty fast if they panic you can patch them up u can't un drown em. As for vest lot of good ones on the market most made of the same stuff just little different I like pnp for a cd or rough rough dog. But a very light best is best for your average rough dog if it ain't really rough you don't need no vest
