Here's an example of what I've learned with the laws and how they are changing.

I'm not sure about down there in TX, but from the way I understand Oklahoma law, if you want to hunt hogs at night the landowner has to apply for a permit. After the permit is approved he can then get help with the hogs.

And there's no hunting at all on public land at night.
