The chicken was something we've never made before, it turned out good but was border line to salty, we used a seasoning blend for 25 lbs of meat and only used 20 lbs of meat, we're going to make some for cooking jambalaya and pastalaya for our New Year's Eve cook out, and going to add lemon pepper seasoning.
The chili and cheese was a trial run as well, we've made it once before and still working on getting the seasoning down pat, it turned out real good but I'll still want to be able to taste more of the chili powder... We're always trying new recipes and seasoning blends...
