Some dogs just ain't team players. But if the dogs are barking and not trashing the dog needs to get with em. I have had people say my dog will do this and that then hunt with them and the dog did do anything like they said. This don't mean the dog don't do it it just didn't at that time. Now run that dog few times and it should do what it was doing. One thing to look at is what the dog does every time keep a log on each dog and hunt after a while the dogs true patterns will show them selfs. Then you won't need to log it any more.
