I put 20 cc liquid ivomec in a 500 cc bottle of valbazen (about 100 total and will last 5 dogs 5 yrs) give 3-6 cc works on 90% of worms including heart, a good vet told me about that and has worked well. If it doesn't get the rare worms panacur from a TS type place will.
A great holistic cheap wormer is food grade DME, no toxicity and is my staple personally.
I have not vaccinated in 12 yrs and never had a problem, you can find great info at leerburg.com as to why, but i dont vaccinate my kids etc so to each there own...
