I've finally got a female I wouldn't mind breeding to and a male pup I sold is turning out to be a damn fine dog, but I am in the same boat. I don't wanna quit hunting the female. I've only got 3 dogs at the moment because I only hunt once a week and don't need a lot of dogs. If I breed her I'll have to take a big hit in my productivity since she's my lead dog. How much time would I be looking at without her from conception to weaning on average?
