OH, it IS a lot of work. as for picturing it in your mind, i can draw it out in a print form, but getting attached as a pic to here is a lil difficult without tapatalk or some other kind of photo adding app and as snail pace slow as the forum is on my phone, its more trouble than building the kennel panels. il try to explain in another way though. cut 2 6' 3" pieces of thick gauge 1 1/4" sq tubing, cut 2 5' pieces, 45 1 end of ea 6' 3" and 1 end of ea 5' length of tubing. tack weld all the tubing end up with a 3" gap under the 5' long piece of tubing (to act as a leg/foot). get the desired spacing (for me a 2x4 mesh works perfect and 2x4 lumber fits snuggly through the gaps in the wire mesh) for the wire strands and center punch ea spot where the individual strands will pull through the tubing, both the vert and horiz runs. grind the welds off, separating the 5' from the 6'3" lengths. if a drill press is used, great, but my poor ass aint got 1, but either way, make sure the 5' and 6'3" tubings are lined up, butted up and sq with ea corresponding length. vise or clamp or whatever you gotta do to secure the same length tubing to ea other and start drill the holes that were found and center punched. once all holes are drilled, reassemble the frame and fully weld it up. take a strand of wire and run through ea hole, taking it on both side or just one side if the person sees fit to do so, then run the other end through the corresponding hole on the adjacent tubing of the same length and pull the sh#$ out of it and tack that end. once all strands are run either vert or horz, then repeat for the other portion of the frame, but weave ea strand through first sets of strands. its basically making a weaved mat made out of steel, similar to the rebar mats used in concrete, but instead of laying the mat on the outer side of the panel frame, its being put in the middle of the frame. its hard for me to type out and sometime, even draw out what i have planned in my head, unless i draw/lay it out in a blue print format, for others to understand. if I'm still not making sense to you, sorry, i don't know how to explain it any other way.
