I agree that we need a FIFO and lots more ice.

The skinning and cleaning area will need some streamlining from next year. Any thoughts on that will be appreciated.

Do we need to arrange skinning racks?

Y'all tell me what is needed to make it better, and I will see what we can get done in the next 12 months to make it happen Grin
