I have absolutely no experience with this, but I would suggest strongly looking at the Malinois that you select. The ones the military use are typically not from America from what I’ve heard/seen, (although I may be thinking of German Shepherds not Belgian Malinois) but they are tested extensively and one of the tests is will they hold on to a person while that person is beating on them trying to make them let go. I have read some posts from a guy that works them as well as hog dogs (his name is calicatchers on instagram, great page to check out) and he has posted before about how it takes a very hard dog to go under a house or in a room and hold a grown man after the dog has been beaten or even shot. In special operations it’s not unheard of to have a dog kill someone. Some of the SOF dogs have multiple kills from clearing houses. I would do a lot of digging to try and find a dog off of those lines
