I would immediately think either coccidiosis or Hook worms and get the dog on Corid and some sort of anthelmintic. I like the the safe guard liquid for goats for pups and I would dose her pretty good(1.5-2ml) for 3 days In a row. Somebody else may chime in and I may be dead wrong. But that would be the route I took
