I'd keep administering the fluids. Many times with cocidia they quit eating but not drinking even though they are nauseous. She will keep throwing up of she is able to drink on her own. I wouldn't allow her access to free choice food or water yet. Let the meds start working good. From my experience it won't take long before she starts getting past the nausea once it does. I would also start her back on feed with wet food and not full portions. Maybe put an egg or 2 on it. Her gut is sore and the wet is just more fluid she is getting.
