Any walmart or pharmacy has over the counter antifungal cheap. It works.  It looks a lot like ringworm, dealt with the same a couple weeks ago when we were getting lots of rain and humid. Clean any bedding in dog houses and even dog box. It takes a couple weeks to grow the hair back.
