Those 4 pups, due to circumstance, have been given more background than they usually get here. Have turned them 5 hogs loose total, actually 4 each since I had them separated the first trip. Normally they get 1 hog or 1 coon "if" it comes handy. There is 1 of them that seems to have some extra, and 1 of them a little bit weaker. They will all continue to get equal opportunity until they don't. They are from 2 different litters, both mothers were from here, I sold them as young started dogs and retained a breeding on one of them. One litter the dad is from here, the other dad is from a very renowned hunter/breeder whose dogs have some common lineage with what I keep. So far the outside sired litter are just a tad behind the others, but when the female owner picked her up they told him don't worry if they don't start strong real early.
The other 4 young dogs were from 1 litter and are nearly identical in shown abilities so far. The bulldog has a good chance of getting to stay here, he shows no aggression, doesn't work a chain, settled down immediately after I got him off the hog. Just like with people, his color won't bother me if it doesn't bother him. Since I never attempted to raise any bulldogs I had always cut the males I had in the past, he being from the pound was already neutered.
