That’s called the feeling out process bud. Some people are able to make the hard decisions and others can’t. The ones that can’t don’t usually last. The ones that can and also take advice as well as learn from examples set usually thrive. I believe you to be the latter of the two.
There’s an old saying that I hear in my head pretty regular and I have a tendency to apply it in different scenarios than it was originally intended. It tells that there was an of Indian Cheif talking to his grandson. He told him that we all have two wolves fighting inside of us. One wolf is Good and the other is bad. The grandson asks which wolf wins and the Chief replies “the one you feed”! In your case you can keep what isn’t working and producing for you (the bad wolf) or you can move them and get something productive (the good wolf).
