Is she the young gyp? What I’m hearing is a confidence issue. Catch dogs aren’t any different than bay dogs in the sense that they all mentally mature at different rates and confidence is everything. A lot of people confuse prey drive and gameness. Some of the most famous game dogs in history were later bloomers and once they matured they never took a backwards step. She’s sounds aggressive and has prey drive. Right now she THINKS she can do it and runs in there hard. As long as she has ahold she thinks she’s winning because the hog can’t get her off and because I’m sure at that point the bay dogs have started to help her which also boosts her confidence. Doubt comes when she gets slung off because she only THINKS she can do it, she doesn’t 100% believe it yet. Then the bay dogs aren’t catching either so it’s almost like she’s hearing them say stay back, this is a bad dude. I personally would put her up for a little bit and let her mature mentally. While she’s maturing I’d be doing things to strengthen her bite, playing ball with a ball she can squeeze like a hand ball, playing tug of war, a spring pole, feeding her raw turkey legs and such. The ball play and tug of war are beneficial in handling too. I like to tell mine caught hog when I take the ball or the tug of war toy from them. That’s my opinion for what it’s worth.
