Sounds like she just needs to get her confidence built up like tdog said I have always heard that some really good game dogs didn't start until they was on up 15 or 16 months old and have been told that some was pretty cold until they raised a litter then they started and never looked back like they said you only one that know if she is going work for you or not you are one feeding her good luck with her hope she makes it for you
