IMO i don't think its right for someone to say what kinda "pet" you can own in a certain area. I am not from the area but i feel sorry for those who are. I have a full blood pit catch dog and he is the happiest and friendliest dog i have. i got a cur that would eat a stranger if given the chance. Overall, i think its wrong to make someone give up a pet or move because they chose not too.
