My boy wears Chippewas. He got hit by a 4 1/2 footer back in May while filling feeders on a ranch he was working on. Hit him bout half way between his ankle and the boot top. Put a hen egg sized whelp on him, but that was all.

These chaps come highly recommended by a guy I know, but I haven't splurged for a pair yet.
