No sir I am not headed that way anytime soon.  Richard I don't know what it weighs but it is stout and the square tubing is not light weight either.  The roof is held on tightly by the ropes in case yall didn't notice but a few sheet metal screw can fix that and I have used it several times like it and never once had an issue with the roof.  I needed to haul some dogs in my truck to get them freeze branded so I got this box but I never use one, just use my stock trailer if I need to haul them all somewhere.  It is just sitting here taking up space.
