I would take the plastic off of the bumper and mount someting to these four points and maybe use the receiver hitch for a bottom support like the piece that Chris was talking about earlier. Another option I would look at is mounting it to the roll cage and let the bottom be supported on these four points and then you can still use the receiver hitch if you need to and it keeps the dogs up a little higher and does not hurt your turning radius. Rowdy had one like I am talking about and it seemed to work pretty good and kept the dogs above the headlights as well.
