even if your battery was the problem your stator would run your lights while the bike is running but since you did replace the battery and the clickin(popping) is electrical so it is more than likely your sylenoid like kevin said.. and once you jump your sylenoid you "MIGHT" pop a fuse! depending on what wheeler you got some of them sylenoids are high if you can find an old say 85-89 model honda fourtraxx there sylenoids are universal and will work on almost anything..
