I would be pissed if it were a place I have exclusive rights on from the land owner.

There's a lot of ranches we've hunted also, with the land owner or ranch manager, but don't have exclusives on... they take other dog hunters also, but none go without them.

But if i'm taking on a property for hog removal, then yes, I get exclusive rights for running dogs... in writing.
