Okay, that makes sense. I bought a bunch of cans of biscuits last week because cody mentioned learning to regulate heat with those cheap biscuits. Gonna take his advice so I don't get chris all excited about a good desert only to have me mess it up. Do you do the same thing for those biscuits by removing the bottom heat so you don't scortch?
