You'll just have to check them and see for yourself until you figure it out.
Once the biscuits start rising, take a fork and pry one up and check the bottoms, that'll tell you if you need to set it off of the fire.
Be quick, as every second the lid is off is a second your loosing cooking heat. Wink

Sorry about the cobbler, goes back to a lot more heat on top......you'll get it figured out and once you do you'll wonder why you ate it any other way. Grin
