Educate me on Coon Dogs/ coon hunting

Craig, Walker is a four letter word at my house....I remember many loooong nights as a youngun waiting and looking for them dang holestiens....been w/ some good ones but even them I don't know that I would want them.

You mentioned the trophys, we have a few boxes full from the coon and sq hunts...so many that we started recycling them back to the clubs but they are all put up now. My son still keeps alot of the beagle trophys he/we won....he has about 30 across his head board but he and the old dog earned them,I keep about 8 of the big ones on the tv,that stuff used to be fun but the competitons just burned me out now days a good pleasure hunt does me just fine and since my boy is 16 he pretty much hunt them girl these days anyhow lol.
