I have been hunting a long time, and have hunted everything from hounds to cur dogs and almost every cross in between..... I will say this.........if they fit your style of hunting and you get along well with the dog.......HUNT IT!!!    I am not partial to any breed, I try to get dogs that are bred to hunt the way I hunt and then cull 'em out until I find the ones I want. Papers or lack thereof do not bay hogs.....dogs do.........
