Had a few close call getting them in and out of trailers but nothing serious. One time I handed my wife's little bro a shoat over the wall of a trap and he held it up over his head to keep it away from a puppy and it bit him in the underarm, even with no teeth the sucker gave him a huge bruz. Just wear you cowboy hightopps and be careful where you put your fingers!

I almost got bit twice this past year at Uncle Earls hog dog trial! I was helping a buddy of mine in the pen with his dogs, he couldn't get them called off, and the hog wouldn't get out of the pen! Well the pen help legged the hog, so i figured that they had him down. Well i go to try to catch one of the dogs and all of a sudden i her a lady in the stand yell "watch out". I turn and there he was coming at me! I had a pair of camo waterproof pants over my jeans, and when the sucker went to grab and throw his head up, i spun and all he got was pants! Well we go along, and the pen help grabs the hog again, and i figure for sure they have him again this time and arn't gonna let him go! Then again i was wrong! Grabbed the other side of my pants and i spun again and he missed me! All he did was rip my jeans at the seams on both sides! Boy was i ever lucky. This hog had some big teeth on him! If it wasn't for my cat like reflexes, it could have been worse!
