I ve been told to set your pup in a pen with a piglet just to see if he even has intrest. But you may need to wait a few months first. Good luck I am trying to get started too.

different dogs mature at different ages so you just got to test the waters with him don't put much pressure on him if isn't goin like you want at first think about what you were doin at 2 months old

Be careful with em till they get older. If they get hit it could turn em off to it. I would take a small dead pig and drag it around for them . Praise em when they show interest. Maybe even lay a track for them and hide it for them to find. As they get older work em on small pigs. Depends on how you want to train them and also on the type of dog they are. You may want to train them to just bay and not so much catching. Just have fun with the pups they will love it and you will enjoy seeing them progress. P.S. I dont know everything. But I do know that you can learn something from just about anybody. Good hunting

I TIE MY YOUNG DOGS AROUND THE HOG PEN AND LET THEM WATCH THE OTHER DOGS UNTIL THEY WANT TO HELP THEN I PUT THEM IN THE PEN AND LET THE FUN BEGAIN IF YOU FORCE IT ON SOME PUPS THEY WONT DO WHAT YA WANT
